Our packages have been created to suit any stage of the planning process you may or may not have begun. Whether you have your event 90% planned out but need help on those pesky final touches, or you may be needing us to organise the whole she-bang! - Face to face style consultation to discuss the complete vision for your event,
- Mood board to capture all details of the event ‘theme’ and to be used as ongoing inspiration,
- Personally designed stationery including save the dates, invitations, menus, place cards and seating plan,
- Your choice of ceremony aisle decoration (selection from hanging glass jars, rustic wood stumps or elegant shepherd hooks),
- Customised directional signage,
- Custom reception table runners,
- Custom linen napkins with tie and floral or herb trimming,
- Your choice of reception table decoration (various options based around a number of themes - rustic, elegant, vintage, bohemian, formal and whimsical),
- Gift table and cake table decoration to match reception tables,
- Bride and Groom chair adornment to suit theme,
- Referral of recommend florist to make table decorations come to life,
- Sourcing of additional furniture, props and décor,
- Contact with all vendors (lighting, florist, venue etc) to plan smooth set up and pack down,
- On the day set up off all your wedding / event decorations and styling touches,
